Yash Agarwal Law Firm (YALF) is of the opinion that the innovation has to be distributed, promoted, and integrated within the firm. Our Culture of Innovation is based on the principle that each individual on its team can make an equal contribution to the development of the firm. In order to foster such culture, the Innovation Team at YALF adopts a multi-layered multi-faceted approach that fosters creativity, technology adoption and lifelong learning. Our ideation program, which is done at least once a year, encourages every member to contribute their ideas, and thus, innovation is a part of our daily thinking. We facilitate the broader legal ecosystem by fostering legal-technology initiatives and publicizing LegalTech, design thinking, and innovation-led problem-solving.
