Our Associate Innovation and Legaltech Program (AILP) is created with the object of having new associates at the time they join us with state of the art Legaltech tools and innovation oriented thinking to the very beginning of their association with us. The program is about the training of practical technological expertise in addition to strategic thinking as our young lawyers will be equipped to offer excellent, current and efficient legal services.

AILP provides practical training in an extremely diverse range of advanced Legaltech solutions applications deployed by YALF, including AI-assisted contract-review and automated proofreading as well as e-discovery systems and digital workflow systems. The program incorporates design-thinking modules alongside technical skill-building designed to challenge the associates to reconsider the traditional legal processes, find gaps, and come up with innovative solutions in line with the needs of the clients.

That is why our investment in associates at an early stage is a guarantee that innovation will become an internal asset of the company, as it will not be initiated by outside counselors, but by our technologically empowered teams.
